Lone Mountain Literary Society is a collective of writers, editors, and artists based out of San Francisco, California. We are chiefly interested in topics of reflection and transcendence in our storytelling and visual art. We love the mysteriousness of metamorphosis, a bristling voice, beautiful craft, and writing that bends the philosophical mind and stirs emotions. Send us your beautiful, weird, experimental work! 

As editors, writers, and artists, we are constantly looking to grow our scope and reach in the literary community. We strive to provide an excellent product and platform for our contributors' works, and a space in which everyone feels both welcome and comfortable.   

Lone Mountain Literary Society is dedicated to closely reviewing and carefully considering each submission that we humbly receive. Nothing excites us more than discovering new and brilliant writers & artists.

• Send images in hi-def or hi resolution files. 
• Lone Mountain Literary Society holds first serial rights for material that we publish. The copyright automatically reverts to the author upon publication. LMLS reserves the right to publish accepted work in later anthologies and on its website.
